Error Code 302: User_Password_Error

- Please check again if you entered correct password.

Error Code 306: Device _Bound

Error Code 603: User_Device _Bound

- You have login the account on another device, one account (one ID and Password) is for one device only, please open the Sterling TV app on your old device, settings, click "untied" to logout first, then you can login the account on new device. If any difficulties, you can contact our customer support to reset the account for you.

Error Code 605: Device _Disable

- It may caused by payment failure / subscription ended. Please contact our customer support for this.

Error Code 606: Device_Exception

- It may caused by account crashing. Please contact our customer support for this.
